Heck, I wasn’t able to update this thing lately due to some personal reasons, though some would say it would be because I was busy with everything I’m hooked on.
Last Saturday (February 16) was the 35th Annual Nationwide Search for the Math Wizard, an annual tradition of the UP Mathematics Club searching the country for the brightest mathematicians hiding in the dark. Not much (personal) happening, except for my embarrassing afternoon hosting, fun-filled evening hosting, and Joseph Ray as the defending second-placer of the competition. :) (more…)

Seems like I can’t have genuine enjoyment knowing an exam is less than 72 hours to go. I will not go to the UP Fair on Tuesday. Perhaps on Friday? We’ll see. This would be my first UP Fair. :-)
I find it hard to decide on whether which should be first: academics or extra-curriculars (or recreation.) C’mon, everybody knows academics should be first, but there are lots of people who can’t accept it as an excuse. I’m lucky that for the past school terms, my academics and extra-curriculars are still independent of each other. Now it has gotten out of hand. Extremely. For next week, I have to attend to numerous activities. My study schedule for my Friday exam (Math 123.2) should be flexible enough to fit in it.
- Tuesday: Meet with Org heads involved in the Wednesday activity in the CS Week. (I’m the person-in-charge for Wednesday.).
- Tuesday: CSSC General Assembly.
- Tuesday: My first UP Fair.
- Wednesday: Help in the layout of The Harvest, SVCF-Diliman’s publication.
- Wednesday: Electoral/Campaign planning. (I’m running! I can’t announce it yet, until it becomes official on Monday afternoon.)
- Monday to Thursday: Review for my exam.
- Friday: Math 123.2 Exam.
- Saturday: Math Club’s search for the Math Wizard
