Three Things That Made Me Happy

Yeah, sure, everyone hates this kind of post. I just want to share some things that transcribed within my last week. (Ack! I just sat down in front of the PC to look for additional problem exercises regarding Sinking Funds for my Math 162 exam tomorrow, and then I’m doing this.)

Here!

lubenia greeting jodi

Kuya Patrick’s birthday greeting was in the form of an academic presentation. He added a slide, greeting me a happy birthday to his Beamer, and he addressed his greeting during the colloquium, which happens to be my birthday. Haha! I was touched, and then started freaking out when I saw the names of the examiners there. (Click on the image to see better.)

CRS comm3

Finally! After three years, I am now taking Communication 3 this summer. But I want to enlist in PI 100 this summer, too.

britney break the ice

Recently, I expressed my disappointment (not just through this site) regarding Break the Ice’s video. Perhaps, I was just — not expecting it. Looking back, the video was cool; it wasn’t just an animé, it was … (I’m out of words.) ..not disappointing after all! I think of it as an animation of her Toxic video, but without the jeweled body. (Click on the pic to watch the video.)

Most of my classmates might be wondering why Bb. Pilipinas-World Janina San Miguel wasn’t in this list. Well, her response in the Q&A didn’t really made me happy (though it seems like it), it just made me restless. And her answer wasn’t really funny for me. What I found truly entertaining is her style of speaking when she said, “No, I’m not feeling any pressure right now.” And, Jeannie Anderson was funnier for me. Quiet please.
